Delete Your Account

Overview

You can request deletion of your Nutriora account and associated personal data at any time. After we verify your request, we delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our Data Retention policy.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email info@nutriora.app from the email address linked to your Nutriora account.
2. Use the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the email address or phone number associated with your account.
3. We will verify your identity and confirm when deletion has started. Most requests are processed within 30 days.

If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel your subscription in the Play Store before or after requesting deletion to avoid future charges.

What Gets Deleted

• Account profile information (name, email, preferences)
• Health and nutrition logs (meals, measurements, goals, and related history)
• App settings and personalization data stored in your account
• Push notification tokens associated with your device

Information previously shared with an authorized clinic member or healthcare provider may remain in that provider's systems under their own policies. Legal, billing, and security records may be retained for the periods described in our privacy policy.
